Davutoglu said every country had conditions peculiar to itself, however what the region needed the most was to hear something positive about democratic transition process.

The minister said Catherine Ashton, the high representative of the European Union (EU) for foreign affairs and security policy, had launched an initiative to hold a meeting in the following week.

Davutoglu also said EU issues would be taken up in this meeting to take place in Brussels.
