Heads of state who attended the Turkish Speaking Countries Summit in Istanbul held a press conference on Thursday.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov and Kyrgyzstan's interim President Roza Otunbaeva thanked Turkish President Abdullah Gul for hospitality and perfect organization.

Replying to a question, Otunbaeva said that many countries especially Turkey extended a great support to Kyrgyzstan.

Turkish speaking countries achieved great successes in their economies in the recent period, Otunbaeva said.

Berdymukhammedov said that the Turkish speaking countries had a common cultural heritage.

Berdymukhammedov said Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan had friendly ties and they would not allow those relations to be harmed.

Aliyev said several problems between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan were settled in a great cooperation.

President Gul said they were determined to boost cooperation and solidarity.
