Turkish Development Minister Cevdet Yilmaz was received Tuesday by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Iran's capital on the second day of his formal visit in Tehran.

The meeting at the Presidential Palace was held closed to news media and it took up economic and trade relations as well as other areas in bilateral ties.

Yilmaz on Monday met with Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, Vice President for Executive Affairs Ali Saidlu, Transportation and Housing Minister Ali Nikzad as well as other Iranian officials.
