Turkish FM to visit Sarajevo for triad council meeting

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will attend Turkey-Bosna Herzigovina-Serbia triad council meeting to be hosted by Bosnia-Herzegovina in Sarajevo.

Davutoglu will have bilateral meetings with Bosnia's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija and Serbian's Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic.

The foreign Ministers will hold a joint press conference after the tripartite meetings between councils.

Foreign Ministers will also make a courtesy visit to Bosna-Herzegovina's Presidency and Presidency Council.

 Regional cooperation, neighbourly relations, economic cooperation and EU and Atlantic integration will be discussed within the context of triad council meeting.

Themes for the third Triad Balkan Summit to be hosted by Turkish President Abdullah Gul on 14-15 May will also be negotiated in the council meetings.

FM Davutoglu will also be received by Bosna-Herzegovina's Presidency and Presidency council as part of his visit. Davutoglu will come together with some political party leaders, and attend some inaugurations.

Turkey-Bosna Herzegovina-Serbia triad FMs' council was established by Davutoglu's initiative in September 2009. Triad council targets to normalize relations between Belgrade and Sarajevo.
