Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will meet in Paris on Tuesday.
The two foreign ministers will discuss Turkey's full membership negotiations with the EU as well as lifting the political obstacles which had been put by former French administration on Turkey's negotiations.
Davutoglu will attend an international conference on Libya in Paris.
Fabius will also brief Davutoglu about the attitude of the new French government regarding the EU.
The two ministers will also discuss the visit of French president to Turkey which was planned to be paid within 2013.
Meanwhile, Libya conference will focus on the issues of security and justice in Libya.
