The third train of Turkish humanitarian aid organization set off for flood-hit Pakistan on Tuesday.

Turkish Red Crescent's train which departed from Behicbey train station in the capital Ankara carries 750 tons of aid materials including 500 tons of foodstuff for people in Pakistan.

Floods, caused by Monsoon rains, have killed thousands of people and left millions homeless in Pakistan in the last couple of weeks.

After the disaster, Turkey sent cargo planes and trains carrying tons of aid materials to the country.

Turkey most recently sent two mobile hospitals and 40 medical personnel to flood-hit Pakistan to be deployed in Sind and Belucistan states.

Turkish government, which donated $10 million to Pakistan, also recently launched an aid campaign.
