Azerbaijan resumed pumping natural gas to Turkey after a technical fault in a west-bound pipeline was fixed, Turkey head of Azeri state-run oil company Socar has said.
"Normal gas flow resumed from three wells out a total of four in Shahdeniz fields. The gas is likely to arrive through the pipeline in Turkey this evening," Kenan Yavuz told the Anadolu Agency on Thursday.
Yavuz said the fourth well in the Shahdeniz field was expected to start pumping gas later tonight which would bring up the line to its full capacity.
