Electro World grew three times more than the whole electronic market in the last one year.

Electro World grows 63 percent in Turkey

Electro World, an IT chain store, grew 63 percent in Turkey in the first five months of 2011.

According to figures of Gfk Panelmarket, the whole electronic market grew 20 percent and electronic retailer channel grew 35 percent, while Electro World grew 106 percent in May 2011 when compared to May 2010.

In January-May 2011, when compared to the same period of 2010, whole electronic market grew 23 percent and electronic retailer channel grew 34 percent, while Electro World grew 63 percent.

Electro World grew three times more than the whole electronic market in the last one year.

Electro World Turkey Director General Bahadir Ozbek said that the company reached this performance with 21 stores in ten provinces of Turkey, adding that they would reach 40 stores in 25 provinces by May, 2012.
