European Union Ministers of Finance decided a total of €8.3 billion will be released to Greece in rescue loans, during a meeting held on Wednesday in Greece.
The ,inisters held a meeting in Greece to discuss strengthening the economic integration between Greece and the EU.
The Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN), composed of economics and finance ministers of the 28 European Union member states and the Eurogroup, discussed the reconstruction of the banking system, and “banking union” issues.
A first installment of 6.3 billion euros to Greece is to be disbursed by the end of April, with another two tranches each worth €1 billion to be paid in June and July respectively.Last Mod: 03 Nisan 2014, 11:24
