Holland-based ING Group on Wednesday announced to dismiss 2,400 employees from its branches in Holland and Brussels within two years.
The bank administration announced 2012 fiscal results and stated that they were planning to dismiss 1,400 employees working in Holland and 1,000 employees working in Brussels. The bank plans to save 120 million Euros in Holland and 150 million euros in Brussels due to the dismissal.
ING Group had announced in November to dismiss 2,350 employees and therefore increasing the number of employees to be dismissed to 4,750.
The banking giant's statements in regards to the dismissal of employees were described as "disappointing" by the Christian Trade Union Ferderation (CNV).Last Mod: 13 Şubat 2013, 14:01
