Atlantic Council will hold Energy & Economic Summit in Istanbul on November 15 and 16.
The summit will guide energy and economy policies of the world.
The summit, from now on, will take place in Istanbul every year with participation of high-level officials from public and private sectors.
Orhan Taner, director of the summit, said Wednesday that they saw Istanbul as the energy center of the region, adding that the city was a candidate to become a global energy center as it was located on energy corridors and thanks to its geographical position, accessibility and infrastructure.
The summit will be held at Swisshotel, and it will focus on reshaping of the Middle East, struggle against economic crisis, and economy and energy policies of European and Balkan countries.Last Mod: 15 Ağustos 2012, 15:21
