The OECD Council of Ministers meeting began in the French capital of Paris on Wednesday.

Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan represents Turkey at Paris-based Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD) annual Council of Ministers meeting.

The meeting takes place under the presidency of Norway.

The global financial crisis, economic growth and increase of the employment will be the top topics of the meeting of ministers.
