Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan touched on the siginificance of social stability and income balance for sustainable growth, during the "New Growth Models" session of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in China.
Babacan said that Turkish economy thrived especially in last ten years, by indicating the importance of creating employment opportunities, and specifically the programs implemented for employment of young population.
"Practical educational programs and implementations such as on-site training and promotions for employment are already implemented in Turkey and that's why the unemployment rate is low," Babacan said.
Babacan stressed that developing economies have more potential for growth.
When recalled that global economical problems were rising, Babacan stated that they suggested FED to be more transparent in monetary politics in the future.
Besides Babacan, Finnish Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich also joined the session.Last Mod: 11 Eylül 2013, 18:06
