Turkish Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim said that a protocol was signed between Turkey and Romania on the beginning of roll on roll off (roro) services between Istanbul's Pendik Port and Constanta Port.
Yildirim returned to Turkey after paying a two-day visit to Romania.

He told reporters at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport after his arrival that he held talks with the Romanian minister of transportation & infrastructure and the minister of communication & information technology.

"We signed a protocol on the beginning of roll on roll off (roro) services between Istanbul's Pendik Port and Constanta Port. We also inaugurated the new headquarters of Romania Democratic Turkish Unity in Constanta," he added.
