Turkey's economy minister said on Wednesday that a trade and contracting delegation would probably visit Libya in 10 or 15 days.
Zafer Caglayan said Libya needed infrastructure and some other investments, and it was in need of food support.
"Turkey will undertake a significant role in Libya's reconstruction. I guess a trade and contracting delegation will pay an important visit to Libya in 10 or 15 days," Caglayan told reporters in Istanbul.
Caglayan said schools would be repaired in Libya, and hospitals were under renovation in the country.
Minister Caglayan said Libya had almost 170 billion USD cash money in banks of various countries, and state of Libya wanted that money to be given to itself.
Caglayan said that money should be given back to Libyan people. Noting that Libya had a little money in Turkey, Caglayan said Turkey granted 300 million USD financial support to Libya to overcome its problems in the country's hard times.
"We took 100 million USD in cash during the Feast of Ramadan and gave it to people in Libya," Caglayan also said.
