Turkey's Housing Development Administration (TOKI) will put up 4,614 new dwellings for sale following the Ramadan Feast.
TOKI said in a statement that people with low income would be able to make an application to buy 2+1 dwellings in seven provinces including Ankara, Antalya and Gaziantep as of September 5.
There are 1,024 dwellings in Mamak and 484 in Cubuk in Ankara, 700 in the southern province of Adiyaman, 480 in the southern province of Antalya, 318 in the northwestern province of Edirne, 724 in the southeastern province of Gaziantep, 292 in the central province of Kirsehir and 592 in the northwestern province of Kocaeli waiting for their new owners.
The dwellings will be sold with an advance payment of 4,000 Turkish lira (nearly $2,250) and with a payment term of 180 months (15 years).
Deadline for the application is set as September 23.
Those who have a monthly salary under 2,600 TL will be able to apply to buy the dwelling.
