Turkish Airlines (THY), Turkey's biggest airlines, has reached 40.6 million passengers so far this year.
Compared with the same period last year, from January till October, the airlines saw a 24 percent increase in number of passengers in 2013.
Recent data show that number of passengers increased 25.3 percent in domestic flights, and 23.1 percent in international flights.
THY is the national flag carrier airlines of Turkey, headquartered in Istanbul.
The airlines, sponsors to Europe's top football clubs such as Spain's Barcelona and England's Manchester United is the fourth largest carrier in the world with 238 destinations.
