Central government budget ran a surplus of 595 million TL (approx. USD 328.7 million) in April 2013, but ran deficit 302 million (approx. USD 166.85 million) in the period of Jauary-April in 2013.

Turkish Ministry of Finance published the the central budget realization report for the period of January-April 2013.

Thereby, budget revenues increased 4.7 percent and reached 30.5 billion TL (aprrox. USD 16.85 billion) in April 2013 compared to same month of last year.

Budget expenditures rose to 29.9 billion TL (approx. USD 16.51 billion) with a 7.8 percentage points increase in April 2013.

Budget revenues increased 17 percent and reached 124.6 billion TL (approx. USD 68.83 billion).

Budget expenditure also rose to 124.9 billion (approx. USD 69 billion) with a 12 percentage rate in the period of January-April 2013.
