Sky Airlines of Kayi Group will halt its domestic flights starting as of August 3, 2011.

Kayi Group released a written statement and said scheduled domestic flights of the Sky Airlines which started on January 15, 2011 would end on August 3, 2011.

The statement said Sky Airlines will continue its activities in Europe with its fleet of 16 planes witn an aim to bring in foreign currency.

The statement said passengers who bought tickets after August 3, 2011 would be able to fly with Turkish Airlines' company, Anadolu Jet Airlines.

The Sky Airlines launched domestic flights on January 15. It has carried over 150,000 passengers in domestic lines so far.

Affiliated with Kayi Group, Sky Airlines is an airline company located in Antalya and established at the end of 2000. Sky Airlines has been selected "Europe's Leading Charter Airline" in 2010. The company has carried more than 11 million passengers in Europe in the last 10 years.
