At least 110 pro-Russian separatists were killed in Eastern Ukraine by civil militia and Ukrainian troops in the last two days, according to the Anti-Terrorist Center, which handles counter terrorism operations in the troubled region.
The organization also confirmed the death of one soldier and said 13 others were injured in the clashes.
The Anti-Terrorist Center also said separatists violated a cease-fire 71 times in the past 24 hours by attacking Donetsk Airport and other territories where Ukranian soldiers are stationed.
The conflict escalated in spite of a cease-fire agreement signed by the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian separatists on Sept. 5 in Belarus' capital, Minsk.
Between April and early-October, at least 3,600 people were killed and 8,700 others were wounded in the conflict, the UN's human rights office said in a report last month.
