Bulgarian Parliament will vote the resignation of government on Thursday morning.
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov sent the government's petition of resignation to the Parliament on Wednesday.
Bulgarian Deputy Premier & Finance Minister Simeon Djankov, who earlier resigned from his post, said that Borisov signed the government's resignation petition, and sent it to Parliament for voting.
According to Bulgarian constitution, the resignation decision is presented to voting at parliament.
Meanwhile, leaders of political parties at Bulgarian Parliament asked President Rosen Plevneliev to set up a technocrats government and set a date for early elections.
The protests, which have been initiated against high electric bills, were transformed into anti-government protests in Bulgaria last week.
