Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot leaders met at the buffer zone on Friday within the scope of intensified Cyprus negotiations.
President Dervis Eroglu of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias will debate management and share of power in their meeting.
This is the second intensified meeting of the two leaders.
Leaders are expected to take up federal public service in their meeting which is to last for the entire day.
Under a decision made at the trilateral Geneva summit among Eroglu, Christofias and United Nations (UN) Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on July 7, Eroglu and Christofias will hold 19 intensified talks between July 25 and October 21 and discuss all core issues.
The two Cypriot leaders will meet 19 times between July 25 and October 21.
Following the intensified talks, Eroglu, Christofias and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will meet at the fourth trilateral meeting in New York.
