Russia has a particular responsibility to help stop the renewed fighting in eastern Ukraine, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday.

Both sides in the conflict must withdraw heavy weapons from the frontline and help implement the previously signed ceasefire agreements, he told reporters in Oslo.
