Russia foils attack by 'ISIL-trained group'

Russia's security services said Monday that some members of an alleged militant group arrested for plotting a "terrorist attack" in Moscow were trained by ISIL fighters in Syria. 

The federal security service (FSB) said in a statement carried by Russian news agencies that they had detained a group of people in the Russian capital and seized bomb materials they were planning to use to attack the capital's busy transport system.
