Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP-C) members who were arrested in Aegean Greece island of Chios were brought to Greek capital city of Athens by ferry.
The ferry carrying suspects arrived to the Pire Port of the Athens amid tightened security measures. Scores of police vehicles convoyed the minibus which was transferring terrorism suspects.
Reportedly two Grecians, Stathis Th. (22) and Alvertis F. (50) are among detainees along with DHKP-C members Hasan Biber and Mehmet Yayla who were arrested by Greece police in the Chios island shores last week while trying to smuggle ammunition into Turkey.
Reportedly following the arrest of ammunition smugglers in the Aegean Greece police took into custody more than 50 members of DHKP-C in the extensive raids to various refugee camps and flats.
