Bodies of two officials on Wednesday were recovered from the crashed Turkish tugboat while on search and rescue mission for the crewmen of the sunken ship off Sile town in northwestern Turkey on Tuesday.

Coast Guard officials said they found the bodies of the captain Cemil Ozben and oiler Turgay Sariboga.

Three officials onboard one of the tugboats sent by Istanbul Ship Traffic Services Center for search and rescue efforts for the sunken ship crashed rocks and parted on Tuesday.

Search and rescue efforts are continuing for the other Turkish tugboat official as well as the 6 missing crewmen of the ship "Volgo-Balt 199", which sank due to heavy storm.
