Deputy Prime Minister Beşir Atalay is flying to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) to attend the opening ceremony of the Hala Sultan Religious College and the groundbreaking ceremony of a mosque.

Atalay will be accompanied by Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodities Exchanges (TOBB) President Mustafa Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Religious Affairs Directorate President Mehmet Görmez.

The two are due to meet with Vice President Sibel Siber, who is also president of the Republican Assembly, and Prime Minister Özkan Yorgancıoğlu. Later on, Atalay, Hisarcıklıoğlu and Görmez will join the opening ceremony of the Hala Sultan Religious College and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Hala Sultan Mosque.
