According to the bill, payments to disabled workers will be subsidized by the state and employers can benefit from tax reductions for investing in better work conditions for the handicapped.
The new law also mandated making public transportation and education centers more accessible for disabled people.
The bill stipulates that any discriminatory conduct based on disability will be forbidden to guarantee the equal treatment of every citizen.
Another part of of the package, which allows foreign nationals to be treated in state hospitals, was discussed and approved last week.
Discussions over social policies will continue from Wednesday onward.
