Fuat Oktay the Chairman of Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD), said Turkey provided all types of services for 160,000 Syrians who took shelter in 13 different tent cities and 2 different container cities in provinces close to border.
Alongside accommodation, clothing, health, security, communication and banking services, 700 teachers who are on duty in 301 classes at 14 camps provide educations for Syrians.
Oktay said, "We have about 23 thousand students. We also provide several courses for 24 thousand mature students. Moreover, we have 2,900 children at nurseries. We also provide health services, as nearly 7,500 Syrians received surgical operations."
