Turkey has returned some non-transferable properties that were seized in the early period of the republic's establishment back to the Armenian community.
Following the decision of the umbrella organization for foundations in the country, a 42,000 meters squared land was returned to the Yedikule Surp Pirgic Hospital Foundation in Istanbul's Zeytinburnu district.
The Armenian community also had a building returned to them in the Beyoglu area after filing a case to the European Human Rights Court.
