Turkish custom guards have impounded power supply sources, radio batteries, chargers, radio charging ports, remote controls, radio set-antennas, circuits and headphones on a Syria-bound ship, authorities said Friday.
The equipment was discovered in the fuel tanks of a number of trucks on a RO-RO ship docked at the Iskenderun port, said the governor's office in the southern Turkish province of Hatay.
It said the ship originated from Egypt and bound for Syria.
One person was detained by police.
