Turkish Armed Forces updated on Wednesday its personnel number. According to the Turkish General Staff, the number of the members of the staff is 647,583.
A statement released on the website of the General Staff says 347 of them are generals.
There are also 1,893 soldiers or non-comissioned officers and 39,451 officers in the staff.
