Turkish military conducted its first operational test of "Low Altitude Air Defence Missile System (HiSAR-A)" produced in Turkey.
The test was conducted at the Salt Lake firing range in central Turkish city of Konya, according to a statement from undersecretary of defense industry.
"The missile left from its launcher without any problem and completed its trip as planned. The datas of the missile were also received succesfully during the exercise," the statement said.
The system designed by Turkish engineers is expected to be in inventory list of Turkish Armed Forces in 2017.Last Mod: 08 Ekim 2013, 09:37
