A Turkish-flagged vessel sank off Romania's Black Sea shore, Turkish maritime authority said on Wednesday.
Seventeen Turkish sailors of the vessel, "Medy" which carried scrap metal, were rescued by Romanian teams after the ship stared leaning on one side.
The vessel sank some six miles of southeast off the Romanian port of Constanza.
Medy set sail from the Romanian port after being loaded earlier on Wednesday.
