Managers of Trabzonspor and Bursaspor quit on Sunday following their back-to-back losses in the Turkey's premier football division.
Trabzonspor coach Senol Gunes announced his resignation in a press conference after his team lost out 1-3 to their Spor Toto Super League rivals Sanica Boru Elazigspor on Sunday following a 1-2 defeat against Kardemir Karabukspor a week before.
"I am not proud of saying it but I am responsible for the unsuccessful results we got in the league," Gunes told reporters.
Trabzonspor are at the 11th spot with 24 points in 19 matches.
Bursaspor's manager Ertugrul Saglam quit also on Sunday after his students suffered a bitter 1-4 defeat at the hands of Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyespor.
Saglam's club lost out 0-3 to Fenerbahce last week in a game in the Turkey Cup.
