Ebola case diagnosed in Canada

World Bulletin / News Desk

A man suffering from severe fever in a hospital in Canada has been diagnosed with Ebola.

Having recently returned from Liberia where it is believed he contracted the virus, he is now in a critical condition in Saskatoon.

Due to the virus being highly contagious, he is being kept in isolation and is said to pose no threat to the general public.

On Monday the World Health Organization denied that a new outbreak in Guinea that has killed 61 people was the Ebola virus.

The virus is extremely deadly and kills 20% to 90% of its victims.
