Two USA-based hamburger giants and one of the biggest Chinese fast-food brand Cingongfu's ice cubes which are used in drinks, violate China's hygiene standarts and even include more bacteria than in toilet water.

According to news on Chinese media, tests applied on one of global fast-food company's ice cubes showed that they include 120 bacteria per millilitre. This rate is 900 bacteria per mililitre in local fast-food brand Cingongfu's ice cubes which means 5 times more than bacteria ratio of standard toilet water.

Hygienic conditions for soft drink regulations in China foresee bacteria unit per mililitre mustn't be more that 100.

Mentioned fast-food companies officials apologized to consumers, promising that necessary measures will be taken.
