Another suspected case of Ebola has been identified in Spain.
A 36-year-old man from Senegal is being tested in Barcelona and the results will be known on Saturday, Josep Gatell, secretary general of public health in Catalonia, said on Friday.
The patient has told doctors that he was in Guinea’s capital Conakry between August 17 and 19. Guinea recorded 396 cases of Ebola up to August 18.
On Sunday, a man from Nigeria arrived at a hospital in Alicante, where he was treated for fever, vomiting and bleeding. However, he was later tested negative for Ebola.
