3 people were killed and 12 others were wounded on Saturday when a bomb-laden vehicle was detonated in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
The attack took place in al-Cairo neighbourhood, in northern Baghdad, according to security sources.
Along with killings, some buildings were damaged due to the attack.
Tight security measures around the incident area have been taken against another attack.
No group has claimed the responsibility of the attack so far.
On Friday, more than 60 people had been killed in a series of bomb blasts across the country.
Violence in Iraq has reached its highest level since 2008.
