People from Africa’s second biggest economy, Algeria are expected to break a visitors record at a fair that opens its doors to exhibit the products of 134 Turkish companies in this country.

Industry, services, construction, decoration, kitchens, souvenirs, cosmetics, food and cars are among what Algerians can discover at the fair that is being held for the second time by Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO).

The fair was opened on Saturday, 7 December with a ceremony attended by Turkey’s ambassador to Algeria Adnan Kececi, ITO President Ibrahim Caglar, Algeria Commerce and Industry Chamber president Tahar Kelli and Algeria Employers Confederation president Boalem M’Rakach.

ITO president Caglar says they are expecting nearly 70,000 visitors, nearly twenty thousand more than the last year’s figure for visitors.

The last day to visit the fair is Tuesday, 10 December.

Quite frankly, Turkish foreign policies in Arab world is very suspicious. Under commercial and religious relations, Erdogan seems to target a more malign goals, such as using some weak elements to dominate the region.
