The Presidency said in a statement that the two leaders will hold talks on bilateral relations, regional developments as well as a host of issues of mutual concern.
The statement, however, gave no details about the duration of the visit.
A Jordanian diplomatic source earlier told The Anadolu Agency that the Egyptian leader was expected to visit the Hashemite kingdom on Thursday.
The visit will be the first by al-Sisi since he was elected president in May.
Last month, the Jordanian monarch visited Cairo ahead of his visit to the United States and called on U.S. officials to provide support for Egyptian authorities.
Jordan was among the first Arab countries that supported last year's ouster by the military of elected president Mohamed Morsi.
