The UN's nuclear organization general conference began on Monday in Vienna, with an agenda to debate Iranian, Syrian and North Korean's nuclear activities.

The International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) five-day conference participated by ministers, senior diplomats and nuclear experts from 159 member states will also witness the debate over Israel's nuclear abilities. Iran, the term president of the Non-Aligned Movement, is to float a resolution regarding Israel's nuclear program, according to diplomatic sources. However, previous resolutions did not change Israel's behavior regarding non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. Tel Aviv is not a part of non-proliferation agreement and does not permit the UN's expert to visit nuclear facilities.

Meanwhile, Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, reiterated Tehran's nuclear program is peaceful, a claim the Western nations regard with suspicion. He stated Tehran is not after obtaining nuclear bombs.
