Kuwait urged its citizens to leave Lebanon following the rocket attacks in the country.

After rocket attacks were launched in southern Lebanon on Sunday, Kuwait called on its citizens to leave the country as soon as possible.

Kuwait's Foreign Ministry stated that Kuwaiti citizens should leave Lebanon as soon as possible due to instability and security issues in the country.

Kuwait also warned its citizens to avoid travelling to Lebanon.

At least 4 people had been wounded in the Al-Shayyah area of Beirut on Sunday when two Grad rockets exploded in the Shiite-majority district.
