Sahra Hospital at Rabaa al-Adawiya Square has announced that it has used up its resources on wounded protestors and will have to close its doors to focus on the patients already brought there.

A spokesperson for Sahra Hospital at Rabaa al-Adawiya Square said Saturday that the hospital was working over capacity, as the death toll increased to 120, while 4500 others were wounded.

At least 120 people were killed and 4500 others wounded in the early hours of Saturday in clashes between Egyptian army and supporters of ousted President Mohamed Morsi near Rabaa al-Adawiya Square in eastern Cairo.

Spokesperson for Sahra Hospital at Rabaa al-Adawiya Yusuf Tal'at told Anadolu Agency (AA) that number of deceased people increased to 120 and at least 4500 were injured.

Tal'at also said the hospital was working over capacity, and the press room of the hospital was converted to emergency room for the wounded people.

The Muslim Brotherhood has called for aid for hundreds of wounded people at Sahra Hospital at Rabaa al-Adawiya Square in eastern Cairo.

Spokesman for Muslim Brotherhood Mohamed al-Baltaji called for aid for the injured people via Anadolu Agency (AA) , and said, "We are expecting aid from everybody. International Red Crescent should immediately take action to save the lives of hundreds of people wounded by real bullets."

Sahra Hospital officials also told AA that number of wounded people exceeded thousands and at least 300 of them were shot by real bullets.
