In a speech marking a 1973 military victory over Israel, al-Sisi said in October that "Egypt is the mother of the world and will rival the whole world".
Now, this sentence will be included in a new book about values, morals and citizenship.
Lubna Abdel-Rehim, a member of the Ministry of Education's Policy and Strategic Planning Unit, said the new 100-page book will be used to offer teaching guidance for school teachers.
She added that the book will also contain other materials that teach the students tolerance, citizenship and peace.
"The book aims to teach tolerance to students at all educational stages," Abdel-Rehim was quoted by a local newspaper as saying.
"It teaches youngsters that Islam and Christianity call for peace," she added.
Students in the nation's schools are due to start studying the book during the second school semester, which will begin later in February.
Al-Sisi is seen as the main architect of the July 3 ouster of elected president Mohamed Morsi following mass protests against his rule.
The army chief is widely expected to run in Egypt's upcoming presidential election, which is expected to be held within three months.
