Syrian Red Crescent brokered the evacuation of 800 civilians from the Syrian town of Mudamiyeh besieged by forces loyal to the Syrian regime for ten months.
Women, children and the elderly were evacuated, Kasi Zakariyah, a press official of Mudamiyeh Local Coordination Committee, told Anadolu Agency.
He said those who were allowed to leave town were under 14 and above 60 years old.
Zakariyah said regime forces blocked medical equipment and humanitarian aid, adding that the injured were not allowed to leave the town.
