President of the Syrian National Coalition for Opposition and Revolutionary Forces (SNC) George Sabra said on Monday that Syrian regime had an involvement in Reyhanli attacks.
Interim President of SNC Sabra commented on the recent bomb attacks in Rehyanli town of Turkish southern province of Hatay, and the incidents in Syria at a press conference on Monday.
Pointing the irrelation of the Syrian people with the bomb attacks and their role as the "victim" like the Turkish people, Sabra stated "Syrian regime has a hand in Reyhanli attacks. The international community must put pressure on the Assad regime, which is threatening the security and stability in the region, to leave forever and not to experience such a pain again. The responsibility is on the shoulder of all."
Sabra, indicating brotherhood as the target of the attacks, offered condolences for the relatives of the dead and quick recovery for the wounded.
Highlighting that Syrian people would never forget Turkey's welcoming support, "Syrian regime is trying to drag Turkey into violence as it did to Iran and Hezbolllah. However, Turkey's wise attitude has overcome this," Sabra said.
"We are ready for any kind of political initiative. However, the proposals suggested must include a non-Assad transition process and solutions to end the violence in Syria. None other than these kind of proposals is acceptable for us. Our talks are already proceeding with Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia," added Sabra on the solution of the Syrian crisis.
