The Turkish Armed Forces hit three buildings and two armed vehicles belonging to the ISIL extremist organization in northern Syria on Friday, according to the military.
The Turkish General Staff said in a statement Turkish warplanes carried out air operations in the Bzaghah and Sulfaniyah areas as part of the Operation Euphrates Shield.
Friday marks the 101st day of the operation, which began in late August to improve security, support coalition forces and eliminate the extremist threat along Turkey’s border using Free Syrian Army fighters backed by Turkish armor, artillery, and jets.
