Free Syrian Army (FSA) military commander Salim Idriss defined Britain's decision to not give military aid to the Syrian opposition as "leaving Syrians dead and betrayal".

In a statement, Idriss criticized the allegations about British Premier David Cameron's confirmation of the decision to not give military aid to Syrian opposition as a "betrayal" which would empower the al Qaida movement while leaving Syrians dead.
Idriss also provided information about the distribution of advanced weapons to opponent groups.

Stating that the aid was not in adequate numbers, Idriss said that they had used the weapons that they received thus far in several successful operations.

The Telegraph Monday reported that Cameron decided to not provide military aid to the Syrian opposition in line with the British army's decision.
