Israeli forces on Thursday detained seven Palestinians in the city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
Eyewitnesses said that army and police forces had stormed the village of Al-Isawiya in eastern Jerusalem where they raided several homes.
All seven Palestinian detainees are under 20 years old, according to Addameer, an NGO that campaigns for the rights of Palestinian prisoners.
No Israeli officials were immediately available for comment.
In recent days, Israel has stepped up its security presence in Al-Quds.
Within the past two weeks, Israeli police have demolished four Palestinian homes in the city.
The Jerusalem Municipality, meanwhile, has vowed to maintain its home demolition policy, claiming that it targets unlicensed structures.
